Shipping Area

Currently, Souvenir Magnets ships exclusively within Mauritius. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand in the future!

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer two convenient shipping options:

Standard Shipping (FREE): Your order will be delivered within 7 business days. This option is free for all orders.
Express Shipping (Mur 300): For when you need your magnets sooner! Your order will be delivered within 72 hours (3 business days).

Processing Time

All orders are processed and printed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. This processing time is in addition to the shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification. While we do not offer real-time GPS tracking, our delivery team will contact you via the phone number provided in your order to coordinate a convenient delivery time.

Payment on Delivery

If you choose the 'Pay cash on delivery' option, please ensure you have the exact amount ready for our delivery personnel.
