Returns & Exchanges

Our policy on returns and what to do if you have an issue.

Our Policy

At Souvenir Magnets, every product is made especially for you. Because each magnet is a personalized item created with your own photos and captions, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect customization choices made during the ordering process.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your design, including cropping, text, and font selection, in the live preview before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged or defective item(s).
  2. Email the photo to us at kayuzashi@gmail.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we review the issue, we will happily arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

We do not require you to return the damaged items. Our goal is to resolve the issue for you as quickly and easily as possible.
